We would like thank Ivan and his team for their help in installing the new HVAC system at our place. We reached out to multiple service providers and were lost on all the jargons. Luckily found Air Force Heating. Ivan and his team were patient enough to understand our concerns and offered exactly what we were looking for. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and made preparations before the work can begin. As promised, the work was completed within time and Ivan further explained in detail the functions and usage. Thank You Ivan for all you help in this project.

Installers were efficient, clean and on time. No surprises! Only one little surprise when they found our AC (already installed) was leaking. We would of never known if it wasn't for them. They took the time to repair it right away. Much appreciated!

Why Calgary Homes Need a Humidifier

Indoor humidity in Calgary winter routinely drops under 15% — bone dry. A properly installed whole-home humidifier brings it into the comfortable 35–45% range.

    • End the dry-air symptoms — cracked skin, sore throats, static shock
    • Protect hardwood floors, trim, and instruments from cracking
    • Feel warmer at lower thermostat settings (less heating cost)
    • Reduce dust, allergens, and viral transmission in dry winter air
    • Whole-home coverage from a single ductwork-mounted unit
    • Honeywell, Aprilaire, and General models installed
    • Bypass, fan-powered, and steam humidifier options
    • Integrated with your existing furnace and thermostat

    How Humidifier Installation Works

    System Sizing

We measure home square footage, ductwork layout, and current humidity to recommend the right humidifier size and type.

    Install on Ductwork

Mount on supply or return plenum, connect water supply with saddle valve, run drain (for steam/fan-powered), and tie into furnace control.

    Calibrate Humidistat

Set the proper Calgary winter humidity range (35–45%), test cycle, and walk you through pad/canister maintenance.
