    We would like thank Ivan and his team for their help in installing the new HVAC system at our place. We reached out to multiple service providers and were lost on all the jargons. The neighbourhood is centred around a private 32-acre lake that offers residents swimming, fishing, and non-motorized boating. The McKenzie Lake Beach Club and Community Association are the social heart of the neighbourhood, hosting family-friendly events year-round. Located south of 130th Avenue SE and west of 52nd Street, the community features mature trees, winding streets, and a strong sense of community identity.
