We are in the middle of a deep freeze and Air Force came to my rescue!!! They were able to fix my furnace and hot water tank and they took the time to teach me what to do to try prevent this in the future in such severe weather. While I waited for them to come they also gave me tips on how to keep my house warm and they did their best to try come here sooner. They were also very professional, kind and inexpensive. Finally, some colder weather that would make my new garage furnace perform.I chose the Reznor UDAS-45 V3 sealed combustion, high efficiency furnace because of the risk of dust explosion in my shop. The Reznor really heats my 22' X 24' insulated garage very quickly (and is relatively quiet).Ivan and Nick installed the unit on the coldest day of September - and persevered through it most of the day. They were focused on a neat and tidy installation which they accomplished in a timely fashion. It was so neat in fact, that the gas inspector remarked, "exceptional job".Air Force was much cheaper, with a better furnace, than the three other quotes I got from the larger, better known companies. Terrific job, guys.I highly recommend Air Force Heating and Air Conditioning Inc for any HVAC work.

Excellent, knowledgeable service!I highly recommend Air Force if you’re looking for a furnace replacement or any repairs. After years of problems with a newish(2009) Carrier furnace we decided to buy a new furnace. When Ivan came to do a quote for us we immediately felt confident using his company Air Force. Ivan explained everything in detail on what we needed. The furnace installed previously was too big for the size of our house, which we have heard before from different services we’ve had in. We replaced our Carrier high efficiency furnace with a Trane high efficiency furnace from Air Force. We have been using our new furnace now for 3 days over the weekend and it is amazing! We no longer have cold spots in the house.Ivan took the time to explain how our new furnace would work and how to manage our heat preferences. Ivan and his crew also took the time (without being asked) to fixed up our old 1961 ducts sheet metal around the furnace and wonky venting which had been tampered with for years. Over the years of problems, we’ve had multiple quotes and advice, but I found Air Force were the most knowledgeable and straightforward.Air Force is affordable, professional and I trust recommending them to anyone.

GREAT VALUE !! GREAT INFORMATION !! GREAT EXPERIENCE !!After 42 years, we decided it was time to replace our furnace with a more efficient and quieter model. We reviewed a total of five quotes for price, equipment, warranty and quick availability of installation and chose Air Force because of the value of the equipment to be supplied (we reviewed Furnaces Prices.ca for comparison shopping) and the thoroughness of Kevin in both explaining the equipment and the specific installation requirements which would apply to our install. Their pricing was also among the lowest. Air Force was able to install within two business days, and both Ivan, the owner of the company and Nick, his assistant installer were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the day. They placed a high value on ensuring that we were aware of what they were doing throughout, and reviewed operation of the new equipment with us as the installation proceeded. This was important as our installation required our heating to be brought up to code. Kevin also stopped in on installation day to ensure everything was going as expected. They returned the next day to complete another job which we had requested and then returned again to solve a small pipe leak which just required a small reseal. Throughout this process, they proved to be better housekeepers than me, ensuring all construction and installation debris was removed. The City of Calgary inspector passed their work with flying colours !!Our "warmest" regards to Ivan, Nick and Kevin for a job well done. Very thorough and honest company. We had a furnace issue and this company was the first to get back to us and had a technician at our house within a few hours. They worked very diligently to fix the furnace, coming back after their first fix seemed to fail after a bit of time. Turned out we needed a very expensive repair, so we decided to purchase a new unit. Kevin and Ivan treated us very fairly and offered a great price. They were able to install a unit the next day. Installers were punctual and very professional. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Great customer service by Don and fantastic install by Diego and Chad !Don really took the time to explain their warranty vs other warranties and advised I should read the fine print on all the quotes I received. Their warranty was definitely the best one out of the companies I received quotes from and that’s why I chose Air Force Heating !Chad and Diego put blankets on my floors so they wouldn’t dirty them and fully explained the install process. Great experience working with Air Force to install new A/C!They were able to provide an initial quote through email, which I thought was awesome as most places require a house visit first. During the initial visit to inspect my house, Don was very friendly and I appreciated that there was no pressure at all to choose them. I managed to catch their early bird deal in May, so the price was quite a bit lower than the other companies I asked for quotes from.During the actual service day, Chad arrived on time, and both him and Diego were polite and courteous. The appointment took about 3 hours, as expected, and they made sure to clean up after. They walked through what was done and gave an overview of basic operation and procedure.Overall very pleased with the experience and looking forward to not sleeping in 28° rooms this summer in my townhome with east/west facing windows!

Contacted Air Force to service our two furnaces as part of regular maintenance. Chad showed up on time and did his job. He found a defective part that had to be ordered and replaced. It took about 5-6 weeks to get here but that was out of their hands. Ivan kept me informed until it was ready to be installed. Again Chad was on time and performed his job as expected. I would highly recommend!!

Our furnace broke in the middle of the night, classic case of winter furnace problems. We have 1.5 year old son and were in panic, to say the least. Air Force people were extremely helpful and responsive. Everything was done within 24 hours. Needed our home furnaces, ACs, and humidifiers replaced. Air Force’s quote was the most competitive. They promised one day installation and they delivered - the crews were on time, clean, professional, and stayed as late as needed until the job was done. Two days later with highs of 28 degrees and the house is a consistent 22 degrees throughout. Pumped to see how well the modulating furnaces do over the winter. Thanks very much.

I wish I could give 10 stars! We had an interesting install for our air conditioner. This is a long one.Our initial visit was done by Adam, who was excellent. He was easily the most thorough out of the initial visits we booked. The quote was provided electronically and was very detailed. A couple of high points first:-Very competitive price.-Comprehensive quote.-The best warranty of the companies we looked at: 5 years parts/labour/no call out fee.-Every single person we dealt with from beginning to end was polite and professional.-The final result is clean, solid, and exactly what was promised.Now the story:We had our water heater explode during our air conditioner install. The technician (Chad) noticed that it was leaking and went to have a closer look. That's when it went. Gallons of water all over our furnace room. Chad and Diego worked tirelessly to control the situation, cleaned it all up, and installed a new hot water heater on top of the already full day job of installing the air conditioner. It truly was above and beyond. I was incredibly impressed with their focus and professionalism.The crew even offered to try to fix the old water heater instead of just pushing a new one. (The old one was well past its life expectancy and not worth fixing.) They didn't leave until everything was fixed and clean. Then they came back the next day to double check everything and turn on the AC.We're going to need a new furnace in the next couple of years and I feel relieved that we know exactly who to call. I would recommend Air Force Heating and Air to anyone.

I got an AC unit installed and the entire process was great. The owner (coordinator) was honest and easy to deal with. There were some unique issues with the building code requirement with my home and the coordinator addressed it with his full attention. During the install, the crew laid down blankets and boards to avoid bringing in dirt into the house. I highly recommend Ivan and his crew.

Just had an air conditioner installed, very satisfied.The quote process was well done. They determined the correct size of unit by using the energy inputs/outputs of the home (windows, appliances, etc) and also checked a wall temperature for me. The quote was electronic so you can easily see what is to be done and the price of each work item.The install was well done also. They installed and repaired everything I had asked for in the quote and also cleaned up some minor issues as well at no cost. Good warranty on parts and a longer labor warranty than others we had quoted. As mentioned overall very satisfied.

We had AC install ahead of cooling season(06APR2018), logistics in my home were tough. For our initial diagnostics for our home, Don whom provided all the answers to our questions prior to purchase and had a wealth of information about all our different options, he was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. For our install, Ivan and Vitali worked tirelessly until the job was done right, they worked in -22 WC weather to install my unit so I am all ready to rock for summer (It can’t come fast enough!). Do yourself justice and call these guys in, they will take good care of you! They even noticed my furnace(which was not even what I called them for) was making some strange noise. As a courtesy they serviced my furnace free of charge! I am amazed and relieved there are still honest goodwilled hardworking companies out there. We had two other companies come in for quotes and Ivan was not only the most competitive but he was a friendliest and most knowledgeable. Will definitely be using him in the future again.

So we have had some very cold days in Calgary lately, -25 degrees at times. My furnace conked out, and I needed someone right away. Looked on the Internet and found Airforceheating, one thing that impressed me, was all the great reviews he had on Google and home stars. Called them up and spoke to Ivan, he was there the same day, and had my furnace installed that evening, I even took advantage of his financing plan so I'm only paying $39 a month.He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I will use them again.

I used AirForce Heating four times within a month for tuning of furnaces in two homes and installation of cold air returns and a new gas water heater. I am very happy with their work. I found Ivan and his Father knowledgeable and good to work with. They did a very good job of cleaning and tuning my home furnaces to my satisfaction. When I called them in to look into a problem with my hot water piping, Ivan did not charge me for the call when he could not resolve the problem. However, he did helped me narrow down where the problem is. I trust their work and their ethics and I will use them again for the installation of another hot water heater in a few months. I find their prices competitive. I highly recommend them.

I had Air Force install central air a few weeks ago, and couldn't be happier. They were quick, honest, and very tidy throughout the process. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They took the time to explain my options, gave me a more than fair quote, and explained everything clearly after they were done. Don't even hesitate. Call these guys. I've already recommended them to a few friends. They truly understand the value and importance of good customer service, combined with quality.

I was having troubles with my hot water tank, running out of hot water way too quick and they were able to solve my problem for me pretty quickly so I also recommended them to my mom who needed a hot water tank for her place and she loved it as well for a very fair price too.

Holy crap, it has been super hot outside, needed to get my AC fixed up.Found Air Force on page 1 of Google, called Ivan and he came in the next day, so I called him on Wednesday and by Thursday we had a brand-new air conditioning unit. Now I can sleep at night time! I'm loving it.

Of all the crazy things my blower fan on my furnace went out, which of course affects the air conditioning as well.Called Ivan and not only did he fix the blower, he also measured my freon or whatever they use now, for free and then topped it up.Now the air conditioning works phenomenally well as well.Thanks Ivan

It's been unseasonably hot and I needed to get a air-conditioning system installed. Called Ivan from Airforce Heating.I used his payment plan and only pay $49 a month.It's so nice coming in from the 30 degree heat into an condition home, when one of my neighbors doesn't have AC and relies on opening the windows and a cross breeze.We were just sweating buckets it is place until we went to my place.Thanks Ivan great Job!

My wife and I decided it was time to get central air installed. I received three quotes on the same unit and Air Force's quote was best by almost $900. Ivan of Air Force took the time to explain the benefits of the unit and the installation process. We went with him and could not be happier. They showed up when they said they would, placed drop clothes to not make a mess, swept up after themselves and his crew acted in a professional and courteous manner. When they were finished Ivan once again took the time to show me the finished product and how to operate the unit and complete the warranty registration. All-in-all a perfect expreience and I highly recomend Air Force!

We needed a couple high-end large furnaces for the build we were doing and Ivan from Air Force Heating quoted a great price for us. Not only was the price far better than some of the competitors, his workmanship and ability to finish the job quickly and efficiently was fantastic. Well mannered and punctual, a true professional of the trade. I will use him again in further endeavors and definitely tell others to use him as well.

I've had Ivan and his team at my house for a few projects as a result of the great air conditioning install they did.To date, they have installed a central air conditioner, a garage heater and 1" gas line for my outdoor appliances, including the hook up of a hanging patio heater.Their work is top notch and they take a huge amount of pride in doing their work well.I will be having them back soon to do a new water heater for me.
