They came the next day at the agreed upon time. 2) The quote was reasonable and about $50 less than others (tight market). 3) The installation was scheduled quickly, and done well the following week. 4) It appears as if the work was done professionally with an attention to detail. It's still too cold to see how everything works, but will update the review as needed. 4) Communication was prompt and helpful. I would recommend Ivan and Air Force Heating in the future.
